We started off our trip with a long layover in Amsterdam.  The airport is right by the city so we took a short Uber to the walkable streets to get breakfast. After exploring the flower market and having some of the best croissants I've ever tasted we had just enough time to get back to the airport for our flight. If you watch my insta stories you know our flight actually ended up getting canceled (along with 50+ others that day) so we spent the night in a hotel (booking one of the last 3 available) before flying out 24 hours later.
When we finally made it to Norway the landscape was even more beautiful than I had ever imagined. We stayed in a small town on the south end for a wedding of a dear friend. We were staying in a group of houses near the reception and had the best time hiking to waterfalls and exploring to fill our time throughout the week. After the wedding, Mason and I made our way to a slightly larger city with a couple of friends who shared our stay in the most charming Air bnb. We got to cross of the Pulpit Rock hike off our bucketlists and enjoyed the rooftop view in our condo.
